Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AU Crypto Corp, trading as "AU" (formerly "FTSO AU") ("AU", "we", "us" or "our"), handles information in connection with the website located at https://au.cc, its subdomains — including the application hosted at https://app.au.cc (the "App") — and any tools, content or services made available through them (collectively, the "Site"). AU Crypto Corp is a company registered in the Republic of Panama with its registered office at Via España, Delta Bank Building, 6th Floor, Suite 604D, Panama City, Republic of Panama.
By accessing or using the Site you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Support requests. When you submit a support ticket we collect your email address, your message, and any name or other details you choose to include.
- AI assistant messages. When you use our AI assistant ("Sparky"), we process the questions and messages you submit in order to generate a response.
- Correspondence. If you contact us by email or social media, we receive the information you send.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, language, referring pages, pages viewed, and access times, collected through server logs and analytics tools.
- Bot-protection data. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile may process device and network signals for that purpose.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses cookies and local storage for analytics and to keep the Site functioning. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although parts of the Site may not work as intended.
Blockchain and wallet data
Wallet addresses, transaction hashes and other on-chain identifiers you enter into our tools, or expose to the App by connecting a wallet, are used to look up and display public blockchain data and to provide App features. If you enable our auto-claim service, we additionally process your wallet address and associated public on-chain data — such as your executor registrations, delegation and stake amounts, and accrued reward balances — on an ongoing basis in order to schedule and execute claims, determine fee-tier eligibility and operate the service. Blockchain networks are public, decentralised ledgers that we do not control; information recorded on them (including your auto-claim executor registrations and claim transactions) is public by design and cannot be altered or deleted by us.
The Site does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site and the App;
- To provide the auto-claim service, including monitoring eligible reward balances, executing claims and assessing fee-tier eligibility;
- To respond to support requests and correspondence;
- To generate responses through the AI assistant and to monitor it for abuse, quality and safety;
- To detect, prevent and respond to fraud, spam, bots, security incidents and misuse of the Site;
- To analyse aggregate usage trends;
- To comply with applicable law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We may also use information for other purposes consistent with the purposes above or otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection. We do not sell your personal information.
3. The AI Assistant
Messages you submit to Sparky are transmitted to third-party AI model providers through an AI gateway in order to generate responses. Do not include personal, sensitive, financial or confidential information in your messages. We may retain and review conversations to prevent abuse, debug issues and improve the service. AI conversations are not confidential and no duty of confidence arises from your use of the assistant.
4. Service Providers and Disclosure
We share information with service providers that help us run the Site, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their functions. These currently include: hosting and content delivery providers; Zoho Desk (support ticketing); Cloudflare (bot protection); Google Analytics and our self-hosted Matomo instance (analytics); and AI model providers (assistant responses). Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may also disclose information: (a) to comply with law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (b) to enforce our Terms and Conditions or protect our rights, property, safety, users or the public; (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets; and (d) with your consent.
5. International Transfers
We are a Panamanian company and our service providers operate globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in jurisdictions other than your own, which may have different data-protection standards. By using the Site you consent to such transfers.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce agreements. Retention periods are determined at our reasonable discretion.
7. Security
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect information under our control. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information. You provide information at your own risk.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. You may make a request by contacting us at the details below. We may require you to verify your identity, may respond within the timeframes permitted by applicable law, and may decline requests where permitted (including where data has been anonymised, is required for legal purposes, or relates to public blockchain records we do not control).
10. Third-Party Sites
The Site links to third-party websites, wallets, explorers and services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the policies of any third party you interact with.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the updated version on the Site and revising the "Last updated" date. Changes are effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
