Privacy Policy

Last updated 9 April 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how AU Crypto Corp (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit or use our website https://au.cc and related online services we operate (collectively, the “Site”). Our controlling legal entity is registered in Panama. The Site may be used from many countries; that registration does not limit the Site to users or processing in Panama only. We do not publish the residential locations of directors or officers on the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information we may collect

  • Technical and usage data: such as IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Information you provide: such as name, email address, and the content of messages or files you send when you contact us, create a support ticket, subscribe to updates, or use forms on the Site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: where we or our vendors use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies as described below or in cookie notices presented on the Site.

How we use information

We use the information above to provide and maintain the Site; respond to inquiries and support requests; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; comply with legal obligations; and understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may use aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you for analytics and reporting.

Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on where you live, we may rely on one or more of the following: your consent (where required); performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and communicating with users, balanced against your rights; or compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing and processors

We may share information with service providers who assist us (for example hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support tooling, and security), subject to appropriate confidentiality and processing terms. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Company, users, or others. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or successor notice.

International transfers

Our controlling entity is registered in Panama. We use infrastructure and vendors in multiple jurisdictions, and the Site may be accessed globally. Your information may be processed in Panama and elsewhere. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example, records related to support or legal claims).

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing or request portability. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing. To exercise these rights, contact us as described below. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country, where applicable.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy where permitted by law.

Certain forms on the Site (for example, when you submit a support ticket) use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and abuse. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. and may process technical signals from your browser as part of that check. For details, see Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
